Duo Lofts, Tartu
As part of the Duo Lofts project, a remarkable real estate development in a heritage building, we furnished 68 apartments with a focus on combining functionality and style. Each space was designed to enhance comfort while preserving the building’s unique character.
Newton Studios, Tallinn
Located near Tallinn University of Technology, Newton Studios is a student housing project set in a unique environment—blending industrial surroundings with lush greenery and a small river nearby.We furnished 90 units and common areas, including a gym, table tennis space, and more. Our focus was to create comfortable, student-friendly apartments with a light industrial vibe, all while staying within the client’s budget.
3-room apartment, Tallinn
This recently completed project involved transforming a 3-room apartment into a stylish, modern space. We managed the entire process, from creating the design and 3D illustrations to coordinating builders and overseeing the work.The result is a light-filled apartment with elegant gold accents, bringing a touch of glamour to a traditional layout. The space now combines functionality with contemporary trends, making it both timeless and unique.
